Axis Select is an independent design studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by any home builder, Design Center or manufacturer. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Scope of Service
Unless otherwise stated, our services include design guidance and recommendations only. They do not include: • Construction drawings • Permit drawings • Engineering • Architectural services • Project management • Purchasing • Installation supervision
Client Responsibilities
To deliver accurate recommendations, clients are responsible for providing:
Builder floor plans
Available Design Center selections
Requested questionnaire
Inspiration images (optional)
Any additional information requested during the process
Axis Select is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete information.
Delivery Timeline
The work begins after receiving: ✓ Completed questionnaire ✓ Required files ✓ Payment confirmation Estimated delivery times shown on each service page are business days.
Design Recommendations
Our recommendations represent professional design guidance based on the information available at the time of the project. Final purchasing decisions always remain the client's responsibility.
Illustrative Images
Any renderings, 3D previews or visualizations are illustrative only. Actual products, finishes, colors and lighting conditions may vary.
Builder Availability
Recommendations are based on the builder's selections available when the project is created. Axis Select is not responsible for product discontinuations, substitutions or future availability changes made by the builder.
Revisions
Unless explicitly included in the purchased service, revisions are not included. Additional revisions may be purchased separately when available.
Payments & Refunds
Because every project is customized, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If cancellation occurs before work starts, refunds may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Axis Select. They are licensed exclusively for the client's personal use on the purchased home. They may not be:
copied
resold
redistributed
modified for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Axis Select provides design recommendations only. We are not responsible for:
construction errors
installation mistakes
builder modifications
contractor performance
manufacturing defects
product availability
Changes
Axis Select reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
